GENERAL REGULATIONS

Each product is eligible for exchange or return only once. Applicable to orders made on the Binh Hoang Swim website. The decision to exchange or return goods depends on the final decision of Binh Hoang Swim and is based on the price at the time of purchase or the equivalent value of the product. Binh Hoang Swim reserves the right to assess the condition of the product for exchange, return, or defects before any repair or replacement is carried out. Binh Hoang Swim has the right to adjust the website's policies and conditions for promotional items and special programs at any time.

PRODUCT EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

1. Time for Exchange/Return (Applicable to orders placed from March 10, 2022):

   • Regular-priced products: Exchange/return within 15 days from the date the customer receives the product based on the postal stamp.
   • Promotional products: Only applicable for exchange of the same product code within 5 days from the date the customer receives the product based on the postal stamp.

2. Conditions for Exchange/Return:

   • Products must be unused, unwashed, and free of any odors.
   • Products must have original labels and packaging (if any).
   • Customers must provide the complete purchase invoice.
   • Products must not have defects caused by the user's storage or transportation.

3. Refund Time and Methods:

   • Coupon refund: After confirming that the returned product meets the conditions, Binh Hoang Swim will send a coupon code equivalent to the value of the purchased item for further shopping on the website through the customer's email, including usage conditions and the coupon's expiration date. Coupon refund takes 1-2 working days.
   • Refund via online payment gateway: If the customer paid through an online payment gateway, Binh Hoang Swim will refund the money through the same online payment gateway to the customer's original account. Refund time is 7-10 working days.
   • Refund via personal bank account: If the customer paid in cash, Binh Hoang Swim will refund the money to the customer's provided bank account. Refund time is 10-14 working days.

   ***Note: Coupons are only applicable on the website and NOT applicable in physical stores.

4. Product Exchange/Return Procedure:

   • Customers must contact the customer care department or submit an online request in the purchase history within their customer account when there is a need for exchange/return.
   • Customers must return the exchanged product, or Binh Hoang Swim will retrieve the product for exchange to the warehouse before proceeding with the exchange and delivery of the desired product.
   • Customers are exempt from return fees if the return is due to a product defect from the manufacturer.
   • For other cases, customers must bear all return fees. The customer care department will send an email notifying the estimated shipping cost that the customer will pay (Binh Hoang Swim references the carrier's fee on the freight system). The exchange/return will only be processed when the customer agrees to this fee. The actual shipping cost may slightly differ from the fee announced by Binh Hoang Swim.
   • All product return requests must be authorized by Binh Hoang Swim in advance to ensure appropriate processing. For online orders, exchanges/returns can only be made through the Bhswim.com website, and not through in-store transactions.

   ***Note: Promotional products are NOT eligible for return and refund.

   In the case of exchanging a product for a different size, Binh Hoang Swim will assist the customer in exchanging it for another product of equal or higher value. (Binh Hoang Swim will NOT refund the price difference if the customer chooses a product with a lower value).

   In the case of exchanging a product for a different size, but the customer has not found another preferred product, Binh Hoang Swim will issue a coupon equivalent to the value of the product. (Coupon only applicable on the Binh Hoang Swim website, NOT applicable in-store).

   Customers are required to use the carrier designated by Binh Hoang Swim for exchange/return. Do not use other carriers without authorization to avoid errors affecting Binh Hoang Swim's order control process.
