Shipping Conditions

I. GOODS INSPECTION POLICY UPON RECEIPT

 

In order to maximize customer rights when shopping at BHSwims, we have the following joint inspection policy upon receiving goods:

  • Customers have the right to request delivery staff to open the sealed box of BHSwim for joint inspection of quantity, color, type, size, and appearance of purchased products before accepting. (Note: Joint inspection applies only to external checks, not for product testing and detailed examination of product defects).

  • In case the customer is dissatisfied with the product, and the order is Cash on Delivery (COD), the customer can return the product to the delivery staff without any charge.

  • If the customer is dissatisfied with the product but has paid online, they can return the product to the delivery staff, and at the same time, please contact customer care to receive assistance regarding the refund without incurring any charges.

  • If the delivery staff refuses the customer's request to inspect the goods, the customer has the right to refuse to accept the goods. Afterward, they can contact customer care to request BHSwim to redeliver the goods for inspection. Alternatively, customers can immediately call customer care for immediate assistance.

  • If the customer is satisfied with the condition of the delivered product and agrees to purchase the product, the customer should sign the joint inspection report. By signing the joint inspection report, confirming satisfaction with the delivered product's condition, the customer acknowledges that the joint inspection is complete, and the purchase is finalized.

  • Products covered by promotional programs, discounts, gifts, etc., are not eligible for exchange/return. Therefore, customers are advised to carefully check the products before receiving them. BHSwim will not apply exchange/return for orders confirmed by the customer through joint inspection.

 

II. DELIVERY TIME POLICY

 

Delivery service hours:

Delivery service is available from Monday to Saturday (excluding Sundays and holidays).

  • Inner city area: Cau Giay District, Hoan Kiem District, Thanh Xuan District, Ba Dinh District, Tay Ho District, Hai Ba Trung District, Dong Da District, Hoang Mai District, Ha Dong District, Long Bien District, Nam Tu Liem District, Bac Tu Liem District

  • Suburban area: Ba Vi District, Chuong My District, Dan Phuong District, Dong Anh District, Gia Lam District, Hoai Duc District, Me Linh District, My Duc District, Phu Xuyen District, Phuc Tho District, Quoc Oai District, Soc Son District, Thach That District, Thanh Oai District, Thanh Tri District, Thuong Tin District, Ung Hoa District, Son Tay Town

In Ho Chi Minh City:

  • Inner city area: District 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11, Tan Binh District, Tan Phu District, Phu Nhuan District, Binh Thanh District, Go Vap District.

  • Suburban area: District 9, District 12, Binh Tan District, Thu Duc District, Hoc Mon District, Binh Chanh District, Nha Be District, Cu Chi District, Can Gio District.

In other provinces and cities: Depending on the service range of the delivery unit.

 

III. DELIVERY FEE POLICY

 

The delivery fee for an order is calculated based on the distance between the store and the delivery address, along with the weight of the product.

The delivery fee for each product is clearly indicated on the product page after the customer enters the delivery address.
